WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Because our items are made to order and many designs are custom created, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. Each piece is prepared specifically for you once your order is placed.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Shipping usually takes 7-14 business days after processing depending on your location and custom order.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! Local pickup is available. Details will be provided at checkout.
